- We ship all in stock orders within 24-48 hrs.
(excluding weekends and holidays). If an item is out of stock
or there is any other reason for a delay you
WILL be contacted. Most orders are shipped via Priority
Mail. This means you could have you order in 1 - 3 days.

Phone and Fax Orders - We are happy to take phone and fax orders. To order

Please Note: Orders placed via our website are always processed

Back Orders - We do
not ship "backorders". If we are out of stock, your will be
notified so that you can select a replacement and we will notify you
when the item is back in stock so that you may reorder.

do not wish to enter your credit card via our shopping cart you may
call us and we will be happy to take your information over the

Place your order on-line (use an
'x' for any line that does not apply to your address). Keep in mind that some countries may charge you a
separate 'duty' charge after you receive your goods. The rate
depends on the country. We are not responsible for duty or broker
fees charged by your country or postal service. If we cannot ship via Global Priority we will email you your shipping
options before processing your order.
International orders will automatically
be sent via Global Priority.
Orders under 3.5 lbs. cost of $10.95 USD
(Canada & Mexico) $12.95 USD (all other countries).
Orders over 3.5 but less than 20 lbs.
cost of $25.95 USD (Canada & Mexico) $41.95 USD (all other countries).
Global Priority can take from 4 to 8
days, depending on where you are.
Global Priority is not available to Italy or

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be a happy Smalti.com customer!
You may unconditionally return any item purchased if you are not
satisfied. We will refund the cost of the item (not including
shipping) purchased within 30 days.
Contact us
and
let us know that you are making a return. In your return package,
include a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Once receive
and verify the return, we will credit your account promptly.

Software, sample boards, books, opened tools, golds, videos and special
orders are non-returnable.
All returns made after 30 days of the order will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Discontinued items and clearance items are not
eligible for return or refund unless defective.
Yes,
sometimes we make mistakes! And when we do, we WILL fix it. Please
report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receipt of order and a
replacement will be sent immediately. A digital photo of the damage
and packaging is appreciated but not necessary.
All
Clearance and discontinued item sales are FINAL.
To avoid returns, feel free to request a free
sample by sending an
email. Please
be specific as to which color (please use color numbers) you would
like the sample of and include your complete mailing address. We
reserve the right to limit the number of samples. Aureo and Orsoni
Gold not included.
