Ordering
We
utilize an easy shopping cart system. Most items can be ordered in 1/4,
1/2 or 1 pound increments. A 'drop-down' is provided to select the size
you want. If you order something by mistake or change your mind
click the "view your cart" button and check the item you wish
to remove. From there you can continue shopping or check out. If we are
out of an item please do not order it; we can let you know when it comes
in or you can select an alternate. We do not backorder .
How soon will my order be shipped?
*Orders received before noon will be shipped the same day,
(in most cases ,excluding weekends). The quickest way to get your order
processed is to order on-line. On-line orders are filled first.
If there is an error in your address or credit card number or exp. date
there will be a delay; please
double check before sending your order.
For overnight or
rush orders you must call ahead even if you ordered on-line.

Can I pay by check?
To send check or money order: Use the on-line order form
(there is an option for 'check') and wait for confirmation of
shipping and total via email before sending check . Send

Shipping
Unless otherwise specified we will
ship Priority
(Airmail) with the
US Post Office and in most cases will deliver in 2-3 days (only Sunday
is excluded) PO Boxes are fine. A Priority Flat Rate
envelope will hold up to 4 lbs of smalti for $4.05 and a Flat Rate Box
can hold up to 24 lbs for $8.10!
UPS Ground is around
4-6 business days (excludes Sat and Sun, holidays) depending on how far you are
from Florida. Most Florida residents (except the Panhandle) will get it
the next day and California
will be at least 6 days, maybe more. East coast is usually 3-4 days.
UPS will not deliver to a PO Box and does not provide regular service on
weekends or holidays.
If you order 1/2 lb or less we will
send it First Class, usually for under $2.
If
we find that a service other than the one selected will save you money
and/or time we'll let you know.
Handling fees are also not charged if your order is 4 lbs or less..
International
We are happy to ship
anywhere in the world.
Place your order on-line (use an
'x' for any line that does not apply to your address). Keep in mind that some countries may charge you a
separate 'duty' charge after you receive your goods. The rate
depends on the country. We are not responsible for duty or broker
fees charged by your country or postal service. If we cannot ship via Global Priority we will email you your shipping
options before processing your order.
Orders under 4 lbs. will automatically
be
sent via Global Priority (airmail) for $23.00 USD to $37.00 for
orders orders over 3.5 to 20 lbs. (The order must fit in a Global
Priority Box) Orders less than 4 lbs. $9.00 to $11.00. Global
Priority can take from 4 to 8 days, depending on where you are. Global
Priority is not available to Italy or Russia.

Refund/Exchange Policy
Unused, unopened bags can be
returned for refund within 15 days or exchanged within 60 days
- - Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on
tools, golds, or discounted or sale items
- - We reserve the right to charge a
restocking fee on returns or cancelled orders
- - Free single samples of smalti may be requested before ordering to
avoid disappointment.
