We want you to be a happy Smalti.com customer! You may unconditionally return any item purchased if you are not satisfied. We will refund the cost of the item (not including shipping) purchased within 30 days. Contact us and let us know that you are making a return. In your return package, include a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Once receive and verify the return, we will credit your account promptly.

All returns made after 30 days of the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Discontinued items and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
Yes, sometimes we make mistakes! And when we do, we WILL fix it. Please report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receipt of order and a replacement will be sent immediately. A digital photo of the damage and packaging is appreciated but not necessary.
All Clearance and discontinued item sales are FINAL.
